„Gut
- Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. - Zwei Extra Kissen im Zimmerschrank schon vorbereitet. - Kaffe (vom Personal an der Bar gemacht) sehr lecker
Zimmer war sauber, Bad war an sich auch sauber aber leider total alt und in den Ecken schon Schimmel etc. Am WC und am Bidet war das Silikon am Rand zur Wand schon weg und es hat sich sehr unsicher angefühlt. Frühstück hat uns leider nicht gefallen. Hatten mehr "typisches italienisches Frühstück" erwartet, wurden leider enttäuscht. Ähnlich wie in jedem anderen Hotel.

„Das Haus ist empfehlenswert, wir würden es gern wieder buchen.
Gut ausgestattet, sehr gute Schallisolierung. Das Angebot zum Frühstück und an Snacks zwischendurch ist gut. Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Nachhaltigkeit sind erkennbar, wenn auch nicht ganz konsequent durchgeführt. Das Personal ist zum Teil sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, manche Mitarbeiter/innen im Servicebereich wirken etwas überanstrengt. Die Metro erreicht man in 10 Minuten, die Hafenmole in 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Duschabtrennung im Zimmer ist vermeidbar undicht, Schimmelbildung im unteren Bereich ist unangenehm und trübt das Hygieneempfinden. Warmwasserthermostate würden Wasser und Energie sparen und langes Hantieren mit der unpraktikablen Mischbatterie überflüssig machen. Hier hat man wohl das Design zu hoch bewertet, nach längerem Nichtgebrauch wird’s schwierig. Gute Funktion braucht fachgerechte Wartung.

Sehr gut
Sehr schönes Hotel, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Frühstück war sehr reichlich nur der Cappuccino aus dem Automaten war nicht besonders. Gute Lage, nur ein paar Gehminuten zur Metro, Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Man konnte auf's Meer schauen und seitlich auf den Vesuv
Bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut.
